COMMON AREAS 

LOBBY

Entrance is tastefully furnished with a common seating area and gives access to 2 OTIS high speed elevators: 1 resident and 1 service lift. Each floor has its own lobby corridor area.

Main control unit with digital video recorder will be located in the main CPU bay on the ground floor. The system includes, an indoor dome camera, fixed focus cameras, PTZ dome cameras as well as day and night IP cameras. The video recordings will cover essential areas, namely the ground floor, corridors and elevators

Ground and Basement parking with a total of 40 parking bays.

RAIN WATER HARVESTING

A collection tank located on the basement floor is used to harvest rain water. This water is used to wash cars and to water plants located within the premises.

GENERATOR
